Having back pain and neck pain

I dont feel good. I feel like pain in my back and neck. I am not sure what it is.. Right now, im trying to figure where is the pain. I think, i am not healthy because i always feel the pain in my left shoulder. Also, sometime i feel like im getting a heart attacked. :-(
